The Merative Product Support Portal is a communication tool and information resource for customers of Merative. The Merative Product Support Portal may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to perform the following tasks:
- Submit Product Support issues or questions.
- Review and update the status of support issues.
- Communicate more effectively with Product Support.
- Find product information and updates.
- Find Solutions to common product issues using the Knowledge Base.
- Maintain you personal contact information such as phone number, mailing address, and e-mail address.
- Access time-sensitive information via Product Bulletins.
