Merge July 2023 newsletter: Celebrating one year as Merative

One year ago this month, Merge officially became part of the Merative family. As we mark this first anniversary, we’re proud of the progress we’ve achieved together with our Merge clients.

Since becoming part of Merative, Merge has earned many noteworthy accolades, including winning 2023 Best in KLAS for Cardiology and Hemodynamics, being named a leader in IDC’s MarketScape: U.S. Enterprise Medical Imaging 2022-2023, and earning the Censinet® certificate for cybersecurity. These recognitions are only possible because of our great relationships with clients like you.

We’ve also formed important new partnerships around the world. For example, we are working with Soluciones Integrales (SOIN) in Costa Rica to centralize and integrate the medical imaging records and software systems of the government’s health system – bringing together tools and imaging data from across 50 hospitals into a single system. After three go-lives in March with our Merge VNA and Merge Universal Viewer, both clinicians and patients are already seeing improved times for patient care and better workflows.

Thank you. We have made tremendous progress together in advancing Merge’s industry-leading solutions portfolio – and that wouldn’t be possible without your support and feedback. That’s also why we’ve dedicated this month’s newsletter to the return of the Merge User Conference in September, our best opportunity all year to hear from you directly.

We’re excited about our future together; this is just the beginning.

Merge User Conference: Charting your imaging transformation, here to horizon

The theme of this year's Merge User Conference is "Charting Your Imaging Transformation: Here to Horizon," reflecting our dual focus of meeting you precisely where you are in your transformation journey and sharing our vision of the industry's future – and how we can take you there.

We have an exciting lineup of keynote speakers this year, including Dr. Cheryl Petersilge, the visionary founder and CEO of Vidagos, sharing her insights on the convergence of healthcare and technology; Brian Casey, a respected voice from The Imaging Wire, who will be shedding light on current trends and future prospects in the imaging space; and, Monique Rasband, the VP of Strategy and Research for Imaging/Oncology at KLAS, who will be presenting valuable perspectives on imaging strategies that drive patient outcomes.

In addition to these thought-provoking keynotes, attendees can look forward to a wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge in our breakout session tracks. These tracks encompass our products across the Merge portfolio, including Merge Imaging Suite, Merge Cardio and Merge Hemo, Merge PACS, Merge Unity, and Merge RIS. Each track will feature expert-led discussions and workshops designed to take a deep dive into the specifics of each field, presenting practical applications and forward-looking strategies.
