What information should be collected to help with diagnosing Cúram Universal Access issues? The information that you gather is also known as MustGather information.

 

 

Answer

 

In order to be better able to investigate issues relating to Universal Access the following information should be provided:

 

  • A set of HTTP logs (from Live HTTP Headers or equivalent) that depicts the screen flow up to the point of occurrence of the issue being reported
  • The stack trace from the application server
  • A screen shot of the error message



Notes:

 

  • Firefox, Chrome and IE9/IE10/IE11 have built-in Live Headers in the Network/Net section of Developer Tools
  • IE8 requires the use of the third-party Fiddler2 application
