CRE and KB Edit Requests
In this session, audiences will learn:
- How to create and view change requests added to CRE for users making edits in the CRE.
- How to create and document knowledge base edit requests submitted to Merge.
We will also review best practices for requesting updates clearly and efficiently, including what to expect throughout the review process.
Attendees will gain a practical understanding of how these requests help to keep workflows current, improve usability, and ensure the system continues to support how they work today.

Procedure and equipment CPT code and charge code assocation
During this session, we will demonstrate how to create various charge codes for Procedures, Inventory items, and Contrast. Once the item has been created, we will then associate them to their appropriate item(s) in System Management so they may be active during a case. This association will allow for the charge code to be available for choosing and, with an interface, bill the customer.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Create multiple charge codes for various needs, i.e. Procedures, Inventory, Contrast.
- Associate or attach inventory charge codes to select items.
- Demonstrate how to select the appropriate charge code(s) during an active study.
