Retrospective introduction of WAS 9.0.5 support for SPM versions 7.0.2 to 7.0.9

Merative ™ Social Program Management (SPM) has retrospectively introduced support for Websphere Application Server (WAS) 9.0.5 and future fix packs on SPM versions 7.0.2 - 7.0.9.

WAS 9.0.0.11 Fix Pack was released on 28th June 2019. The Websphere team then released a refresh pack on top of this called Refresh Pack 9.0.5. It is on WAS 9.0.5 that the Websphere team will remediate any security issues etc for the WAS 9 line. Therefore, a decision was made by the Merative SPM to retrospectively introduce support for the WAS 9.0.5 version on the existing SPM 7.0.x versions specified above.
