Mette leads Merative’s Real-World Data business, which she joined after leading strategy for IBM Watson Health. Her previous experience includes Boston Consulting Group. She holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University.

Director, Real-World Evidence
Eleanor is the head of Real-World Data (RWD) Research & Analytics Services and sits on the executive team at Merative; she leads a team of healthcare experts committed to unlocking the full value of RWD and answering the most complicated healthcare questions. She has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry with specialization in commercial, marketing, and global business development in RWD and pharmaceuticals.
Guenter Sauter
Product Manager, Real-World Data
Guenter is a product manager in the MarketScan segment at Merative. He’s responsible for Data & Analytics as a service and for Linking and De-Identification. Prior to Merative he was a product manager at IBM in data integration, data quality, analytics and data as a service. Guenter has a PhD in computer science from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
