Why are there no references to Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) configuration in any guides for Merative Social Program Management?

Answer

We do not provide support for specific advanced Oracle features such as Oracle RAC in Merative Social Program Management which is why none of our guides (e.g. Merative Third-Party Tools Installation Guide) contain a reference.

It would be our expectation that Oracle retains support for the Merative Social Program Management required standard JDBC Application to Database connection allowing customers to choose where these new features may be suitable for their site.
