Black Book methodology
The 2024 Black Book client experience polls ranked the highest-scoring hospital IT and support suppliers from 14,144 valid respondents, with Micromedex awarded first among 15 other clinical decision support systems. Ballot results are gathered on 18 performance areas of operational excellence. Audits are performed on each data set by a Black Book executive and at least two other external reviewers, to verify completeness, accuracy and validity while keeping the client company anonymous.
