Merative Social Program Management provides multilingual support to varying degrees.

Merative SPM Universal Access Responsive Web Application

The Merative SPM Universal Access Responsive Web Application fully supports multilingual use. Citizens can select the language in which they view information in the application.

Portals

The multidisciplinary team (MDT) portal, the Navigator portal that is available for use with the Merative SPM Income Support application module, and the Provider portal that is available for use with the Merative SPM Provider Management module are supported for use only with a single language. The single language should be the primary language that your organization uses.

Caseworker application

The Social Program Management caseworker application provides support for users to change the language in which they view information in the application. However, the following functionality is available only in the English language:

• Income Support application module
• Child Welfare Structured Decision Making (SDM) add-on module

Administration application

We do not recommend that the Social Program Management administration applications are used with any language other than English. Some features in the applications do not currently support viewing information in other languages.
