Dear Merge Community,
As we approach the end of 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for another outstanding year of collaboration and partnership. Your insights, feedback, and stories have guided our Enterprise Imaging portfolio, helping us create new efficiencies to serve clinicians and their supporting teams better, and to deliver the best possible support to your patients.
This year, we introduced several major solution updates: Merge PACS 9.4, Merge Universal Viewer 9.1, Merge Workflow Orchestrator 2.3, Merge VNA 14.4, Merge Cardio 12.5, and Merge Hemo 11.2. Each of these releases brings newer capabilities to you, improving the user experience and helping you gain efficiencies. For our customers on a journey towards cloud, our modular portfolio is built to help you get there in a controlled and stepwise manner. Our new teleradiology and workflow orchestration capabilities within the Merge Imaging Suite are also delivering increased clinical efficiencies with these new releases. Notably, for our Cardiology customers, Merge Cardio and Merge Hemo were recognized as Best in KLAS for the 10th and 13th times, respectively.
Many of you have shared your Merge success stories with us demonstrating how our solutions have transformed workflows, reduced burnout, and improved experiences for clinicians and patients. These stories are not only encouraging validations of Merge’s impact, but also essential feedback that helps us continue to deliver meaningful results.
We just concluded RSNA in Chicago earlier this month, and were able to share many of our advancements with you in person. If we missed you at RSNA or you were unable to attend, please reach out to your Merge representative to learn about our latest solutions, and to ensure your voice is heard.
I hope you find time this month to relax and enjoy the holidays with loved ones, and are looking forward to an exciting 2026. We have many developments in store for Merge next year, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Until then, happy holidays—and thank you for everything we accomplished together in 2025.
