Answer
The Merative Social Program Management application (SPM) is designed to be accessible to people with disabilities. The application adheres to international standards for Web Accessibility. Specifically the application adheres to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and meets the requirements of Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act and EN 301 549 for Europe. The SPM product development team develops formal plans for addressing accessibility considerations at all stages of the design, development and testing of new features and enhancements. Accessibility verification is integrated into testing and validation procedures.
Accessibility defects that are found in released product are addressed as a priority.
Where possible accessibility defects are fixed in the next release of the latest version. Every effort is made to ensure that all accessibility defects are fixed no later than 12 months after being raised.
The accessibility features of SPM are documented in the Documentation.
The assistive technologies that are supported with SPM are documented in the Merative Social Program Management Supported Prerequisites document.
