Sign-in experience updates
Merative Integrated Care Reporting Connect Providers Connect Individuals
To improve your sign-in experience, the following updates are now available:
- Previously, if multi-factor authentication was enabled for your organization, you had to enter your second factor or passcode every time you signed in to your Merative Integrated Care applications. A new configuration is now available that will always prompt you to enter your second factor unless you have previously signed in from the same location, on the same browser, in the last 12 hours. To request this configuration, customers must submit a case on the Merative Integrated Care Support portal.
- Previously if you bookmarked the Merative Integrated Care sign-in page URL instead of the Merative Integrated Care URL that was provided to you by your organization, you were unable to sign in and an error displayed. To improve your user experience, now if you try to sign in using a bookmark for the sign-in page, a page is displayed that includes a Sign in button. Click Sign in and sign in as normal.
Downloading clients' shortlisted providers
Merative Integrated Care
So that clients have the information they need to decide which provider to use for a service, you can now download their shortlisted providers and services in PDF format. You can manually share the downloaded file with the client or others.
Capturing notes creation dates
Merative Integrated Care
Previously, the date that displayed for a client note reflected the date that the note was created. So that you can record a note after the event occurred and document the correct date, you can now manually capture the note creation date. The date for notes recorded in Merative Integrated Care before this change will remain the system creation date.
New Services card
Merative Integrated Care
So that you can view and manage your client's services from their Summary view, a new Services card now displays on the view, if configured by your administrator. If you add a provider to a service, the card shows the client service and provider.
Configuring the Services card
Merative Integrated Care
So that care teams can see and access a client’s services from the client’s Summary view, you can now configure a Services card for display. You can show or hide the card and configure the number of records to show in the card.
Additional Budget folder
Reporting
So that you can create reports based on client budgets, a Budget data folder is now available in the Reporting application.
Updates to Tasks data folder
Reporting
- So that you can create reports that show which tasks are assigned to which care team role, user, or program, the Tasks data set now includes program, users, and role content.
- Relationships between tasks and individuals, and tasks and care teams, are now updated. Existing reports show only individuals and care team members with assigned tasks. Now existing tasks reports show individuals and care team members with and without assigned tasks. If you want, you can exclude individuals and care teams members without tasks by excluding null values.
Task dashboard
Reporting
A new dashboard is now available that displays tasks data in a consumable way. The Task dashboard helps users who are assigned the super user role, such as Supervisors, to manage the tasks workload for their organization. The dashboard shows scheduled tasks by status, priority, assignment status, client user, and role. In addition, overdue tasks by number of days, priority, age and task assigned breakdown by role.
Merative Integrated Care
- When you download a Share Care Plan that contains client goals, a goal status incorrectly displays, which should be ignored. (257441)
- If you open your Merative Integrated Care URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. If you return to the expired page after 12 hours and try to sign in by entering your credentials, an error message displays. (252906).
Reporting
- If you create a report that contains enquiry data, provider name data is not displayed. (256438).
- Identification type names received from systems integrated with Merative Integrated Care (via an API) incorrectly display in reports as EMR Identification Type. The correct identification type names, as received via the API, are visible on the Identifications page in the Care Team workspace. (245168)
- When an identification client data type record is deleted in the Care Team application, it incorrectly displays in existing reports until a new client data record of the same type is created or updated. (248421)
- When you create a report that contains client actions data, progress values for the client actions do not display. (248753)
- If multiple care team actions are associated with a goal in the Care Team application and one or more are deleted, all of the actions are incorrectly deleted from existing reports. (253927)
Merative Integrated Care Connect Providers
- If you open your Connect URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. If you return to the expired page after 12 hours and try to sign in by entering your credentials, an error message displays. If you experience this issue, close your browser, reopen your Connect URL, and sign in as normal. (252906)
Merative Integrated Care Connect Individuals
- If you open your Connect URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. If you return to the expired page after 12 hours and try to sign in by entering your credentials, an error message displays. If you experience this issue, close your browser, reopen your Connect URL, and sign in as normal. (252906)
Merative Integrated Care
- When you save a quick note, an inaccurate message displays saying that the touchpoint is saved regardless of whether the note type is Touchpoint. (257285)
- When you configure a new security role, you see a Delete action that is disabled in the row level Actions menu. Ignore this action. The ability to delete a security role will be available in a future release. (258068)
- When you filter Notes Highlights for the last month, highlights from over a month ago are displayed in addition to highlights for the last month. (245154)
- The swagger documents for the Alerts, Care Team Actions, and Referrals APIs in the product documentation include version, display, and userSelected attributes. These attributes are redundant and are not required for use in Merative Integrated Care. Do not configure values for these attributes as they are not required for integrations. (257385)
- If a note creation date is not sent when notes data is shared with Care Manager via the Notes API, 2/31/0001 is displayed as the note creation date. To avoid this issue, ensure you set a note creation date when using the Notes API for integrations. (258063)
User experience issues when signing in
- When you open your Merative Integrated Care URL, the Merative Integrated Care Health sign-in page opens. If you bookmark this URL or the URL for any other page in Merative Integrated Care, the bookmark does not work. To avoid this issue, only bookmark the Merative Integrated Care URL that is communicated to you by your organization. To do this, open your Bookmarks library in your preferred browser. Then, create a new bookmark by copying and pasting the Merative Integrated Care URL that was communicated to you by your organization. For steps to correctly create a bookmark for the Merative Integrated Care URL in your browser, see this Merative Support technote.
- If you open your Merative Integrated Care URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. Depending on your browser and version, an error page with a Back button might display if you try to sign in again. If you click Back and try to sign in again, another error displays. Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled for your organization, the error page displays after you enter your passcode. If you experience this issue, close your browser, reopen your Merative Integrated Care URL, and sign in as normal. (257760)
Reporting
- When you create a report that contains assessments or questionnaire data, inconsistent report data is generated, for example, some data is repeated and some data is missing. (240244)
- If you create a report that contains notes and notes comments data, an error displays. (250109)
- If you create a report that contains notes data, the report shows only notes for clients who have an associated program. It does not display data for clients who have no associated program but who have at least one note. (239618, 245031)
- The reporting application is treating Allergy names as case-sensitive, for example, when you generate a report of the number of clients with specific allergy types, allergy names in different cases are being considered as two different allergies. (224396)
- Do not save custom reports or dashboards in the Team content -> Merative Integrated Care folder. If you do this, your content is deleted with the next monthly update of Reporting. To avoid this issue, save your content in a child folder of Team content, or in the My content folder or its child folders. (249596)
- If you update a condition classification in the Care Team application to a blank value, the classification value does not update in existing reports. (254482)
- If you create a report that contains height data, measurement time data is not displayed. (250238)
- When SSO is enabled, if you sign out of reporting and attempt to sign in again, an error message displays. If you experience this issue, click Ok in the error message to sign in again. (253903)
Connect 360
- If you register a client in Merative Integrated Care, Connect 360 checks for a match and if no match is found, automatically registers the client in Connect 360. If you subsequently search for the client in Merative Integrated Care and Connect 360, the search results indicate that the client is registered in both applications. However, if you then open the client’s Virtual Client Record, an inaccurate error message displays. (242258)
- When you search for a client in both systems a misleading error message is intermittently displayed. The message indicates that the search results show only Merative Integrated Care clients. The message displays only when the client you searched for was originally registered in Merative Integrated Care and subsequently registered in Connect 360 automatically. Ignore this message, the client exists in both systems and is shown in the search results as expected. (256209, 252716)
Address types that are recorded in Connect 360 as ‘Other’ are displayed in Merative Integrated Care as ‘Temporary’. (256371)
Merative Integrated Care Community Services Payment
- If you are using payments, do not use 2 weekly or 4 weekly services. There is an issue with payment calculations for services with frequencies of 2 weekly and 4 weekly. (242597)
Merative Integrated Care Connect Providers
- If you open your Connect URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. Depending on your browser and version, an error page with a Back button might display if you try to sign in again. If you click Back and try to sign in again, another error displays. Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled for your organization, the error page displays after you enter your passcode. If you experience this issue, close your browser, reopen your Connect URL, and sign in as normal. (257760)
Merative Integrated Care Connect Individuals
- If you open your Connect URL and do not sign in, the sign-in page expires after 30 minutes. Depending on your browser and version, an error page with a Back button might display if you try to sign in again. If you click Back and try to sign in again, another error displays. Note: If Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled for your organization, the error page displays after you enter your passcode. If you experience this issue, close your browser, reopen your Connect URL, and sign in as normal (257760)
