Steps

 

Follow the instructions in the Merative Integrated Care product documentation on how to reset your account password for Merative Integrated Care:

 

• Merative Integrated Care - Resetting your password

You must follow the rules below when resetting your account password for Merative Integrated Care. Your Merative Integrated Care password must:

 

1. Be eight(8) characters in length
2. Contain at least four (4) characters
3. Contain at least one (1) non-alphabetic character
4. Have no consecutive repeating characters

 

Note:

 

• Passwords cannot be reused until 8 password changes.
• Passwords cannot be changed more than once in a 24 hour period.
• You will receive an email which contains a link to complete the password reset. Click the provided link to open a web page and follow the instructions.
• The link is valid only for 30 minutes.
