Dear Merge users,
If we haven’t met yet, allow me to introduce myself – I’m Andrei Gonzales, Vice President of Product Management for Merge. I’m excited to be joining you all, and especially to be joining just before the Merge User Conference! I’ve been talking to a lot of folks about what’s on deck this year, and after everything I’ve seen and heard about the agenda, I can promise it will really be worth the hype. Here are just a few of exciting sessions on the agenda for Nashville, including:
All on top of product roadmaps, Merge use case success stories, and sessions tailored to your radiology, cardiology, and enterprise imaging needs.
There’s still time to RSVP for the 2025 Merge User Conference but the hotel cut-off date is June 2nd so make sure to get your registration in. We can’t wait to see you in Nashville, and I can’t wait to meet you all.
Thank you to all the Merge partners who are sponsoring this year’s User Conference:
MultiCare Health System aspires to be the highest value healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest, providing vital services and technology to providers that serve rural, underserved areas. To achieve these goals, MultiCare looked for a long-term transformation partner that could help build an enterprise imaging foundation, consolidate their multiple PACS systems, and facilitate a cloud migration that would support their goals for expansion. Check out the new testimonial from MultiCare on how they’ve utilized Merge Imaging Suite solutions to create an enterprise imaging foundation to help smaller clinics and rural hospitals that need support providing patient care.
For more on MultiCare’s story, check out this video interview from SIIM 2025, where Leonard Santos spoke with The Imaging Wire about MultiCare’s enterprise imaging vision and how Merge will support these goals.

Read our new jointly-authored imaging strategy paper about how they accomplished this with Merge Enterprise Imaging, based on the capabilities of Merge VNA and Merge Universal Viewer, and how the new portal quickly became a major word-of-mouth success among both patients and staff.
