The biggest news this month is the announcement of MergeIQ, an artificial intelligence layer that embeds practical intelligence applications across the Merge platform and provides a scalable foundation for applying AI across radiology, cardiology, pathology, and other imaging specialties. Available within Merge Workflow Orchestrator, the first MergeIQ applications – RelevancyIQ and NaviIQ – search large volumes of prior reports to surface information prioritized by relevancy to the current exam. This frees clinicians to focus on interpretation instead of tracking down patient data across multiple systems.

Making radiologists empowered, not exhausted, at The Rose
Introducing Merge Hemo Mixed Mode, an important new advancement in how eligible Merge Hemo customers can plan and execute their cath lab upgrades. Mixed Mode enables eligible users to upgrade one lab to Merge Hemo v11 while maintaining other labs on a supported V10 release until they are ready to upgrade. This phased deployment allows those Merge Hemo users to take advantage of some v11 capabilities for particular labs, without committing to a forklift upgrade to all labs at once. This approach reduces the operational impact of upgrades, giving compatible users the chance to upgrade in phases and minimize downtime.
