Mark your calendars: On November 17th, Dr. Raj Chopra, Merge’s Chief Medical Officer, will be presenting a new webinar on how the speed of implementations is fueling radiologist dissatisfaction, why implementation struggles are preventing the benefits of existing innovative tools from reaching the clinicians who need them, and five actionable solutions for deploying faster.
Following the presentation, Laurie Bergeron, Vice President of Technology Product Management, and Peter Brown, Vice President of Customer Services and Support, will share their perspectives on how Merge’s product development cycles anticipate these issues, what a successful implementation looks like, and mitigation strategies for when an implementation needs to get back on track. MultiCare Health System has built an enterprise imaging foundation for providers across the Pacific Northwest with support from Merge VNA and Merge Universal Viewer. Leonard Santos, Dir-Application Serv Solution Services for MultiCare, digs into how Merge’s cloud-first approach has enabled his organization to move toward the cloud and expand its services to other organizations, as well as how the word-of-mouth success of MUV and Merge VNA has started spreading to other specialties including pathology, dermatology, and wound care.

This month we hosted Merge Knowledge Quest Training at our home base in Hartland, Wisconsin, where over 100 attendees, representing 45 organizations, joined us for an exclusive, three-day advanced PACS training course. It was a great turnout, we got a ton of excellent and thought-provoking questions during the sessions, and best of all, attendees made one thing crystal clear: they were hungry for more knowledge about getting the most out of their Merge PACS deployment. We hear you, and right now all we can is stay tuned for more announcements on this front, but rest assured that Merge Knowledge Quest Training will return for 2027 – and go beyond Merge PACS. In the meantime, thank you to everyone who joined us in Hartland; your feedback is invaluable to making Merge PACS what it is. We hope to see you all again soon!
“I wanted to say THANK YOU to the Merge team for having such a valuable event. It was time (and money) well spent.”
